Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of beats and licenses are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or the license has been delivered.
We encourage you to listen to the preview versions of all beats before making a purchase to ensure they meet your needs.
2. Exceptions
We may issue refunds or replacements in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If the downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization
- Wrong Product: If you received a different beat than the one you purchased
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase through our contact page with the following information:

- Email address used for purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a resolution.
4. License Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade your license (e.g., from MP3 to WAV or Exclusive), you may do so by paying the difference in price. Contact us to arrange a license upgrade.
License upgrades are available at any time and are not subject to refund once completed.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Terminate your account and access to purchased beats
- Revoke all license agreements associated with your account
- Pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can work together to resolve any issues.
6. Exclusive License Sales
Exclusive license purchases are strictly non-refundable as the beat is removed from sale upon purchase. Once an exclusive license is sold, the beat cannot be resold to other customers.
We recommend contacting us before purchasing an exclusive license if you have any questions or concerns.
7. Free Downloads
Free beats and promotional downloads are provided as-is and are not eligible for refunds or replacements. However, if you experience technical issues with free downloads, please contact our support team.
8. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: Varies by provider
